How much does a job posting cost?

For BioForward Members, a job posting costs $40 for a 30-day listing. For non-members of BioForward, a job posting costs $80 for a 30-day listing.

How do I know if I’m a member of BioForward?

If you’re not sure if you’re a member of BioForward, check our Member Directory for your company! If you’re listed, you’re a member and may use the reduced posting rate.

How can I become a member of BioForward?

If you would like to join BioForward we ask that you complete a brief membership form. This will provide us with information that will be used to create your online membership profile, and to ensure your employees receive announcements about BioForward activities and the full benefits of membership. Where do I enter my promotion code?

When posting a job, once you have filled out the first two pages you will have the option to enter a payment form. Above the fields to put in your payment information, click the ‘have a code? enter it here’ code to submit your link. The discount should immediately be applied

Is there any easy way to upload a large number of postings?

For more than ten job postings, BioForward staff can assist loading jobs to the backend end of the Career Center and will invoice your company once they have been posted. Please contact Brian at [email protected] if you would like to upload a large amount of jobs.

How do I renew my job listing?

To renew an existing or expired job listing, log into the career center and navigate to your Employer Dashboard. Once at the dashboard, select ‘job listings’ and then select the job listing you would like to renew. From there, there is a button that will allow you to renew the job for a discounted rate. For BioForward Members, a job posting renewal costs $20 for a 30-day listing. For non-members of BioForward, a job posting renewal costs $40 for a 30-day listing.

Are my job listings promoted elsewhere?

In addition to your job being listed in the BioForward Career Center, your job will also be promoted via Google Jobs, BioForward’s newsletter, and BioForward’s social media outlets (Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook). Additionally, job seekers who have registered at the BioForward Career Center will receive notifications when new jobs have been posted!

I forgot my password, how can I reset?

To reset your password, you may click the ‘Lost My Password’ link that will pop up once an incorrect password has been entered. You will then have a new password emailed to you. Please log back into your account by going to the Employer Login in page. Kate and Brian are also able to reset your password if you need additional assistance.

I’m on the WordPress backend, how do I navigate to the Career Center homepage?

Our Career Center is built on a WordPress platform, so you may occasionally be directed to a WordPress backend on accident. If this happens, you are able to click the ‘BioForward Career Center’ text with the house icon on the top, left-hand corner of the screen. You are also able to exit out of the page and go back to via your url bar.

Who is able to see my resume?

Only register employers are able to view the resume bank! You are not required to upload your resume to the bank, but will still have the ability to add your resume when you apply for a specific job.
